EXAMINATION RULES
01- Students must keep their student ID cards on their desks. Students without a student ID card will not be admitted to the examination.

02- Mobile phones and smartwatches must be completely switched off. Airplane mode and/or silent mode are not permitted.

03- Wired or wireless headphones or earphones must not be worn during the examination.

04- Invigilators may change the seating arrangement before and/or during the examination whenever they deem it necessary. Students must comply with invigilators’ 
        instructions.

05- Students must sign the attendance sheet and must not leave the examination room without signing it.

06- Students must not leave the examination room during the first 15 minutes after the examination begins.

07- Late-arriving students will not be admitted once any student has left the examination room. No additional time will be granted to late arrivals.

08- Students must not talk to one another or exchange items such as pens, erasers, pencil sharpeners, pencil leads or calculators during the examination.

09- No books, documents or lecture notes may be kept on, under or within visible reach of the desk.

10- Students must not wait outside examination rooms or make noise in the corridors near them.

11- Examination materials (question papers and optical answer sheets) must not be photographed or taken out of the examination room.

12- Students must not engage in conduct that disrupts the examination or distracts other students. They must follow invigilators’ instructions in this regard.

All students are responsible for KNOWING and COMPLYING WITH these rules. Disciplinary proceedings will be initiated against students who fail to comply, pursuant to Article 54 of Law No. 2547.
